Munchkins Playing Dungeons and Dragons
by Tamir Buchshtav
based on "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" by The Beatles

Picture yourself in a room in a dungeon,
With ten green skinned goblins with four inch long fangs,
Somebody charges, you’re right there beside him,
Drawing your sword with a clang.

Gallons of blood splatter over the floor,
Matching the haze in your sight,
Feel the experience accumulate with every strike.

Munchkins playing Dungeons and Dragons,
Munchkins playing Dungeons and Dragons,
Munchkins playing Dungeons and Dragons.

After you win you start looking for treasure,
Look inside their pouches for silver or gold,
Magical items are good for the taking,
If useless can always be sold.

Orcs wearing chain mail appear in the door,
Swinging their six feet long swords,
Greening in glee you charge running back into the fray.

Munchkins playing Dungeons and Dragons,
Munchkins playing Dungeons and Dragons,
Munchkins playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Picture yourself drinking beer in a tavern,
Your pack horses laden with spoils of war,
Somebody hails you and gives you a mission,
You ride back to treasure and gore.

Munchkins playing Dungeons and Dragons,
Munchkins playing Dungeons and Dragons,
Munchkins playing Dungeons and Dragons.
